I spoke at the New Brunswick Association of Employee Assistance Program Spring Conference today.  I really enjoy talking to companies about the stress their employees have both before and after the death of their loved ones.

I talked about the 3 Top Things Every Widow Should Do.  I gave them lots of examples on how to support and encourage employees to grieve and heal.  It is important that employees feel that their workplace is a safe place to express their grief so that they can heal.
