My Sister’s Journey

I just read an amazing book “My Sister’s Journey” by Barb Parker.  It is a great testimonial to love, faith and family.

Barb’s sister, Debbie, was only forty-nine when she had a brain aneurysm.  She fought for five years and the book is a journal of not only her struggles but the support and love Debbie received from her family.

The author is from Grand Manan, N.B. and the book is available online at  Essence bookstore.  Online link :

Thank you, Mary, for your kind words. My sister was a real Gem. She had a dream of telling her story to help others. I feel very blessed to be her messenger.
My book, “My Sister’s Journey From Headache to Heartache” is now available as ebook on Kindle, Kobo and Iphone. Feel free to browse through my personal facebook page and my book facebook page to see photos of my sister’s family. I am so pleased to say that my book has been recommended by Dr. John M. Meagher, MD in Moncton and author of “Medicine, Mistakes and The Reptilian Brain”, to be used as a “case study” by Nursing Faculty and medical students in colleges and universities.
Deb’s memory lives on through her story.
