The Law of Attraction exists in your life right now; whether you understand it or not; whether you know it or not; and whether you like it or not.

Until you learn to use the Law of Attraction in a deliberate way, most of the time you are not aware that you are attracting into your life more of whatever you are giving your focus, attention and energy to.

Step 1:   Observe what you are attracting into your life.
Step 2:   Notice your feelings/ vibrations, whether negative or positive.
Step 3:   The Law of Attraction is always checking to see what your vibrations are
and matches it, whether wanted or unwanted.
Step 4: You receive into your life more of what you have observed in the first place.

Example – You may notice that you keep attracting negative people into your life.  As you observe this, you are sending out a negative vibration.  The Law of Attraction responds to your negative vibration by matching it and giving you more of the same.  

If you are curious about what it is you are offering vibrationally in any area of your life, you need only look at the results you are getting in that area – it’s always a perfect match.

You can use the Law of Attraction deliberately to put a stop to it and change it into something that you DO want.  The easiest way to do this is to ask yourself  “So, what DO I want?” and then keep your mind focused on this new clarity of desire.  Now you are becoming deliberate about what you do want and the Law of Attraction will respond accordingly.

It would be nice and easy if applying Law of Attraction was only a process of identifying what you desire.  All of us would have everything, just from building a list.  The challenge, however, is removing the doubt that is stopping us from believing that we can receive it.

The three-step formula for Deliberate Attraction is:
1.  Identify your Desire
2.  Get excited and focused on the desire
3.  Allowing  (removing doubt)

When using the formula spend most of your time “allowing” as it determines how quickly your desires will come to you.  This is where taking a workshop on Law of Attraction will teach you how to apply the formula, give you daily exercises on becoming a deliberate attractor of your desires and how to feel good about what you are attracting into your life.

I attract more of what I give my attention, energy and focus to — whether positive or negative.
