Grief can make us sick and if we aren't careful we may slide into depression. Below is my one main tip to help us be healthy and happy.
I know that when you are grieving laughter is the last thing you are thinking about but it’s one of the best natural medicines for you. So make a decision to get out with friends or play with some children so that you can connect with your inner child and laugh again.
