I’m still at 164.2. At least I didn’t gain but that 2 lb loss seems to be harder every week.
Cindy told me about this site online where you can track all your meals and exercise. I just joined MyFitnessPal and so I’m hoping that it will be just what I need. Once you join, you can create your own profile as well. I will let you know how it works after I give it a couple of weeks.
