- Write out 3 goals for the next 6 months.
- Break each goal into small steps.
- At night plan your steps for the next day. Never let a day go by without doing something positive to move you towards your goals.
Close your eyes and vision your goals. Where do you want to live? What would you like to weigh? What do you want to do in the next 6 months? Where would you like to travel to? How would you like to meet new people? Learn a new skill? Pay off a bill? In order to know how to arrive at your goal you have to know the starting point and the steps needed to get there. Create your goals and go after them. Stay focused and have faith in yourself.
