When we grieve its hard to get our sleep but lack of sleep can cause the following:
- Increased irritability
- Loss of humor
- Lack of interest in Socializing
- Weight gain or loss
- Loss of motivation
The consequences of lack of sleep will begin to take its toll on your mood and health. You need the energy sleep will give you to heal and start enjoying life again.
Remember, if you want to get balanced in your life you have to think of sleep as an opportunity to recharge your batteries.
