What Do You Choose?

Widows can do less, have less, read and grow less. Be less disciplined and lead less of a life or widows can become all that they can be. Read everything, earn more, give and share as much as they can as they accomplish more.

The choice – to be all or not. Every time we choose to do less than we could, it affects our self-confidence. Repeated often and we get a life of “less”. But every time we choose action, we build our self-confidence and we get a life of “more”.

Change allows and begins with choices.

If you don’t like how things are, change it! You are not a mindless animal – you have the ability to totally transform every area of your life and it all begins with your power of choice.

If we were to start today to read the books, keep a journal, attend some classes, listen more, then today would be the first day of a new life leading to a better future. So, What do you choose?

This is such a good and supportive post. I’ve been avoiding going thru clutter in my dining room because it is paperwork, photos, files and stuff of my husband Joe. I’ve been avoiding it and it has become bigger, having a hold on my psyche. But success isn’t about finishing that area. Success for me at this moment is just tackling a file or 2, sorting & filing for 10 min. I’ve been grateful to have been able to tackle critical paperwork, taxes and even Joe’s clothes. But I hit a wall of inaction 2 weeks ago. Now it’s time to give myself realistic goals to get off the inaction wall. I did feel accomplished when I was engaged with all of it. I want to feel that feeling again.

Hi Mary – You have the right idea, just set yourself small realistic goals so that it doesn’t overwhelm you. Take care, Mary Francis
