If you are serious about healing your broken heart, you need to start journaling as a widow. It’s a difficult time and you need to start recording your journey so that next year you can look back and see how far you have come.
I can’t stress this enough – journaling as a widow is a great tool to write out all your emotions. It’s hard to find your balance as a widow, and a journal is a great way to track your feelings, the good, the bad and the ugly.
