We widows are caregivers, it's in our nature and thank goodness it is!!
But there comes a time when we have to start thinking about our own needs, because we do have needs and it's up to us to make sure that they are meant.
Last night I went to listen to Michael Losier author of Law Of Attraction. Every time I listen to him I understand more of myself and why I do the things I do.
This time I finally got the message that I need to "do it for myself" and not for anyone else. I have dreams and hopes, but they will not come about unless I release the fears that hold me back.
I need to use more positive words both to myself and to those around me. Those positive words will bring me positive thoughts, which lead to positive vibes and ends with positive results.
It's really so simple as it starts with "positive self talk" and that it something that I can and should control. So "do it for yourself" and every day instead of thinking of what you don't want reset your thinking by asking yourself "what do I want?"
