- If you're going to do resolutions, only do ONE. It takes a lot of energy and will power to change so focus on the one thing that means the most to you.
- Think carefully about your one choice. How will it make your life better? Make a new resolution for something you haven't done before.
- Make it specific and doable. How will you know if you have succeeded if you don't measure it?
- Don't give up if you have a misstep. Believe in yourself and have faith that you will succeed.
- A resolution doesn't have to be about depriving yourself of something. It can simply be about spending more time with family and friends by making them your top priority.
