As widows we need all the positive energy we can get to help us on our grief journey. I just finished reading the book "Awaken The Giant Within" by Anthony Robbins and he talks about developing the habit of asking ourselves the following five questions when we are faced with a problem:
1. What is great about this problem?
2. What is not perfect yet?
3. What am I willing to do to make it the way I want?
4. What am I willing to stop doing to make it the way I want?
5. How can I make these changes as enjoyable as possible?
Everyone has problems and widows have more then their share, but how you deal with them is what will help or hinder your healing. These five questions can be used for any type of problem and they can change the quality of your life because they make you stop and think things out.
